Note to self: When lacking motivation to do any exercise start by putting on your shoes. When that fails to get you out the door give yourself a boost by putting on your favorite, cutest workout clothes. Put on those yoga pants you splurged on, wear that awesome sports bra and take a minute to look at yourself in the mirror and say. “You look this good because you worked as hard as you are about to.” Then walk out the door and your feet will take care of itself.
