So here’s what went down. I had a great morning smoothie- cucumber, celery, apple. orange. Snacking on some almonds and some protein. Lunch time comes around and life gets busy and I get hungry. Starving and cranky I resorted to the nearest food available, leftovers at a relative’s house- Mexican rice, beef in broth, tortillas and… a marzapan. It was delicious but not very nutritious. Less than an hour later I crashed: I got dizzy, lethargic, I looked like I was about to pass out and I wanted a mid-day nap. It was like a hangover. At that point I resorted to my old remedies, vitamins and lots of water. They helped a bit but that crash lasted a good while. I made it a point to have a good dinner after my workout and that made all the difference. It’s amazing to me how quickly my body reacted to the food.

I have had so many people sking me how I did it I decidied to set up a blog and share what I did. I am not finished yet, this is only the beginning. Check out my blog and spread the word of well being!!! http://live4unow.wordpress.com/
Thanks for the comment. I JUST saw Food Matters this weekend. I found it very informative. I don’t have a juicer so I just blend and have a smoothie, I figure I’ll get the added benefit of fiber and I know I’m eating way more veggies than in my usual meals. I like your blog as well, you’ve shared lots of very useful information on it. I look forward to reading your posts.
