Like I mentioned I’m not really loosing weight. I’ve been maintaining a average of 232lbs for the past two months. Not such a bad thing but now that I’m stepping up my training I am noticing a change in the way my body looks and feels. I’m not going to fuss over the number on the scale but focus on my physical progress to be at my best for the races this fall.
I want to show an update of what my body looks like at 230 lbs, so far that’s 90lbs lost. It’s part of my Progress Photos Page This is right after a morning boot camp (which was awesome!). Sweaty and happy.
