Finished my second workout of my ‘Get Back Week’ and I am hurting. I feel more energized than yesterday, better food and water is helping. I will say that I missed that sweet muscle ache that only a good workout can provide. That is until I have to get out of my car or stand up. OOOOUUCH!!
For a split second it makes me wonder why I do this. I’ll be back at it though. Tomorrow 5am.
It’s all about finding a pattern and rhythm right? A Schedule if you will. ( Ya. At least that is what I keep telling myself. )
