Week 2 of starting over. I feel more in my stride. I didn’t lose any weight last week though I attended every class so the only source of my problem should be my meal plan. *sigh* why does it always have to go back to food?
Anyway, I feel good so I’m motivated to continue the work.
Staring my week with a good workout and good breakfast.
ON THE MENU:
1 cup blueberries
1 oz raw almonds
1 scoop Intek chocolate protein powder in 20 oz water
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed
Blueberries will be on the menu a lot this week. I have about 12 lbs of these goodies my dad brought me. Perks of a farming family.
