Oh yeah, I’m on a roll with this clean eating thing. On today’s menu:
Breakfast Smoothie
Ice & water
Lemon
Pineapple
Broccoli
Cucumber
Nopal (cactus)
Those veggie cuts rendered about 30oz, for me it’s good (because I love to eat/slurp) but my when pictured smoothie was requested by my dear mom I had to half the portions.
Either way, it tastes good and I’m getting fiber and plenty of veggies in the morning.
